INFORMATION RELATIVE TO ART. 13, Leg. Decree no. 196, 30th June 2003.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Leg. Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 "Personal Data Protection Code", we must inform you that your e-mail address which you give on registering with our newsletter will only be processed for the purposes of sending the newsletter to you, which means that this personal information is necessary otherwise we will be unable to supply this service.

Processing method:
The data will be legally and correctly processed on magnetic backup, by both manual and computerised means for the purpose as described above, adopting all suitable measures to guarantee the security and privacy of the information. The information will not be divulged to other parties for whatsoever reason, and will be notified exclusively to the Managers of the Regional Institute for the Veneto Villas and to those persons assigned for the processing by said Managers.

Owner and Manager of the data processing is the Regional Institute for Veneto Villas, with head office in Piazza San Marco 63, Venice. The list of other Managers can be consulted in their office.

Rights of the persons concerned:
The persons concerned can exercise their rights with the above parties pursuant to art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/03, including the right to confirmation that the personal data is effectively held, requesting details of the contents and their origin, checking the data is correct, request integrations or updates, request cancellation, transformation into autonomous form, or block any data that is processed in violation of law, and oppose the processing of said data for legitimate reasons.
