Villevenete.net is the brand selected for the promotion and development initiative of the Ville Venete in the ambit of the Regional Innovative Actions Plan (PRAI) "Viven Open Net", co-financed by the European Union (FESR 2004-2006) and managed by the EU Management Plan of the Veneto Region.
The project is included in the context of "e-EuropaRegio: the information company in the service of regional development".

Villevenete.net is an initiative based on:

• computerising the artistic legacy of the Ville Venete that can be developed for tourism;
• promoting and disseminating this unique architecture legacy;
• creating an effective network between the Ville Venete of the Veneto Region and Friuli Venezia Giulia and the tourism operators that offer services to link them.
